4. Bear left toward I-244 EAST/US-412 EAST/US-64 W/OK-51 W - go 0.4 mile
5. Merge onto I-244 EAST - go 10.9 miles
6. Merge onto I-44 EAST - go 4.2 miles
7. I-44 EAST becomes US-412 EAST - go 55.2 miles
8. Take the US-59 exit toward TAHLEQUAH / KANSAS - go 0.2 miles
