Governing Document No-profit clause ‘The assets and income of the organization shall be applied solely in furtherance of its above mentioned objects and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members of the organization except as bona fide compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the organisation.’ Dissolution clause ‘In the event of the organization being dissolved, the amount that remains after such dissolution and the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities shall be transferred to another organization with similar purposes which is not carried on for the profit or gain of its individual members.' SITE LISTINGS Our database software is not compatible with Auto Submission Software and we do not authorize any of our Urls to be used in this type of software. All listings are to be listed individually on the site form provided without the use of any auto filling software. Software companies breaching our submission policy may face direct legal action. We have had to impose a small permanent listing fee for listing onto our database due to many problems brought about by users of submission software and irresponsible users. The only submissions we take now are paid listings and any reference to other urls and forms are no longer accepted so please disregard all these older submission options that may be still listed on the Internet or on older pages. Any older submission pages are no longer recognised or processed. We only take paid listings as per our main front url index page under "Add Your Site". The fees are very reasonable and low for a permanent listing in a database as popular as ours. Link exchange in a separate database is still free as per the terms listed. We have hundreds of thousands of listings in our database, which get spidered throughout the Internet. If you have an unpaid listing and it was removed you will need to pay a fee to have it listed again on the site as per our “Add Your Site” page. Advertisers get great coverage all around the world. We are a non-profit site! Terms and conditions can be changed at any time at our discretion. Link Removal Terms You will need to supply the following information for link removal. 1/. Title/s of your link/s placement as it is displayed in our database exactly. 2/. Email address that was used to place the advert. (We do not place the links.). 3/. The complete Url as it was listed. We need this minimum information to remove any links. A general page reference doesn't help us locate your actual link/s for removal as there are thousands of links present. If you supply the above info we can remove your link if its in our database. Please also note that we do not place website links as this is either done by the website owner, submission software (no longer permitted for use.), marketing companies or their representatives. Please also note that we have been receiving bogus link removal requests from people claiming to own the sites in question. So we need the above minimum information for the request to be processed. If you feel a link infringes on your legal rights that has been placed there by another party you will need to contact and deal with that party under the law and have them contact us so we can remove the link with the above information otherwise we can't trace or remove the link.
