Attorney Trisha Festerling has been practicing law since 2007. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2001 and pursued her law degree at Regent University School of Law and graduated in 2007. The same year, she was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Trisha Festerling began her career in corporate law. During this time she discovered that corporate law lacked the type attorney client dynamic that she was passionate for. Upon realizing this, she shifted her focus toward family law.

Trisha feels that she can have the most significant and positive impact in the field of family law. Divorce and child custody are huge life events that impact families in ways most people can’t anticipate. Trisha strives to provide clarity and comfort for her clients in a time of uncertainty.

As a family law attorney Trisha’s goal is not only to defend her clients, but to empower them. In the most difficult times her focus is to help her clients move forward with their lives while maintaining strong family dynamics.

Trisha graduated with honors and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2001 before earning her law (J.D.) degree from Regent University Law School in 2007.

While earning her law degree Trisha gave birth to her first child, and it changed her life forever. Becoming a new mother gave her a new perspective on the importance of family centered around the best interests of the children. She developed a new understanding of family that she takes to work with her every day.
