Our Pilates classes in Currumbin include: Pilates mat/barre and Pilates equipment classes. Pilates is a form of exercise that is suitable for pregnant women and those recovering from injury. Our small classes are designed so that our instructors can offer close supervision to ensure Pilates is performed correctly and safely.
