Simon has extensive experience in working with young people with ADD & ADHD, Aspergers & Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder & Conduct Disorders, and Learning Disorders.
Simon has extensive experience in extremely challenging behavioural and family issues. Simon believes strongly the “standard” parenting and professional advice is often not adequate in dealing with these issues. Simon now operates three practices, located at Hackney, Stirling, and Christies Beach. He sees children from the age of 2 years to young adults. He is registered with Medicare Australia as a Specialist Clinician, and is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Simon is registered with the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of SA/NT as a Regulation 7 Family Consultant, and holds the status of Expert Witness. Simon can provide advice in some circumstances, however Simon no longer works directly with clients whom are currently involved in family court matters.
Simon also consults with many private and state schools regarding a wide range of school related issues, and provides edcuational assessments for students with learning issues.
Simon is also a parent of teenage children, so understands many of the challenges that children and parents experience. For more information regarding the services Simon provides, please refer to Practice Information in the main menu.
